We love wine. So after 10 years of working behind the scenes producing our own wines (namely Angus the Bull and See Saw) it seemed a natural progression to jump the fence into retail... or maybe crazy.
In December 2010 we bought what was a small bottle shop in Abottsford Sydney and proceeded to give it a new lease on life.
In these days of barn-like liquor chains and supermarket price wars we wanted to give back the shopping experience to our customers – mainly because that’s what we were looking for ourselves! We hope our customers feel like this is their own personal cellar – welcoming, interesting and a little curious.
So with lots of TLC, a new name, fit-out and totally new product line-up. Lock Stock & Bottle was born. Hand selecting everything in store so no matter what the occasion (if one at all) we can look after you. You can come in and grab a carton of beer or browse the shelves which provide an inspiring wine selection.
