Vintage Notes:
Single vineyard Yarra Valley Pinot Noir (Coombe Farm, Coldstream) fermented as 45% whole bunch and the rest as whole berries with a three day cold soak and minimal cap work. Left on skins for 30 days extended maceration the wine was then pressed to older barriques and left on lees for 8 months before being bottled unfined and unfiltered.
